If QRNever isn't right for you, email us within 14 days of purchase and we'll refund you in full. No questions asked.
How to request a refund
Email hello@qrnever.com from the email address you used at checkout, or include your Stripe receipt number. Refunds go back to the original payment method, usually within 5 to 10 business days depending on your bank.
What happens after a refund
Your license key is deactivated. Static codes you already downloaded keep working forever, because they don't depend on us. Dynamic codes created with a refunded license will stop redirecting.
After 14 days
Still write to us. If something is broken, we'll fix it or make it right.
