Get the form link
Open your form in Google Forms, click Send, then choose the link icon. Tick Shorten URL if you like and copy the link. Make sure the form doesn't require sign-in unless you want only people in your organisation to answer.
Paste the link above and download your code.
Good places to use it
Anywhere people are standing in front of you and a form would slow them down:
- Event check-in and sign-up sheets
- Classroom quizzes and feedback
- Customer surveys on receipts or tables
- RSVP cards for events
Printing tips
A few choices decide whether a code scans on the first try:
- Print at least 2 cm (0.8 in) wide for close range, larger for posters (about one tenth of the scanning distance).
- Keep dark modules on a light background and leave the white margin around the code.
- Test the printed proof with both an iPhone and an Android camera before printing in bulk.
