Menus change: make the code editable
Prices, specials and seasonal dishes change. If the destination might change, make it a dynamic code instead: it points at a short qrnever.com link you can re-aim later without reprinting. Dynamic codes are a one-time $9.99, with no subscription and no expiry.
Many menu QR services charge monthly, and table codes stop working when the subscription lapses. That's the problem QRNever was built to avoid.
Table-card tips
Restaurants are dim and diners are seated:
- Print the code at least 3 cm (1.2 in) wide on a matte card to avoid glare.
- Add a line such as "Scan for today's menu" and keep printed menus for guests who prefer them.
- Make sure the menu page loads fast on mobile data.
